How an app can help improve safeguarding

Safeguarding is one of the biggest areas of concern for any nursery or school today.

Increase your school’s Pupil Premium funding

Since the launch of the Universal Infant Free School Meal Policy, schools have struggled to get parents to register for Pupil Premium because there is no longer the same incentive for parents to do so. Whilst the increase in children receiving school meals is fantastic news, it can be difficult for schools to maintain their previous levels of funding and ensure they have adequate resources.

A few of our schools have had great success using their Parentapps app to help encourage parents to sign up for Pupil Premium. They simply send push notifications out to parents with information about Pupil Premium and then link directly to the application. These schools have noticed big improvements in the numbers of parents signing up.

And for our nurseries, why not use the app to share information about applying for 30 free hours to qualifying parents?
