Once my website and Parent App are completed, will I be able to update them myself?

One of the best things about Parentapps websites and apps are how easy they are to update.  Our easy to use Connect platform and Parentapps website builder, enable schools and nurseries to update their own apps and websites without the need to pay a developer. And, with FREE training and support included in the price of both the app and website you can rest assured that we will be there to help if you have any questions.

Will the app and website be tailored to my organisation?

Yes. We provide bespoke apps and websites for schools and nurseries.  We will work with you to ensure that they reflect your organisation’s brand.

Once I launch the app will I still need to continue with my SMS service provider?

No, you won’t need to continue to purchase SMS through another provider.  Parentapps Connect enables you to send messages to all parents, certains groups, or parents of specific children. It also allows you to easily view which parents have and have not activated their apps as well as who has read messages.  Then if you have certain parents who don’t have the app you can send SMS or email to those parents directly from the platform.

Will I receive training?

All new customers will receive app and website training before launch, but we are happy to provide as much additional training as needed. This might be useful for new staff, when new features are launched or if you just need a refresh on a particular topic. We want our customers to feel empowered to use their apps and websites to the fullest. 

Are your apps and websites secure?

Yes. We use 2-step authentication ensuring that only the right users get access to your school’s app. Also, all of our websites have SSL security to protect from hacking. 

How long to get started?

We can get your app up and running in as little as ten working days and websites within 6 weeks.
